Elijah Koskey is a seasoned ICT professional with over 30 years experience in the field. He is one of the Pioneers of the Pensions Systems, having been one of the early adopters of ICT in the Pensions Industry. Mr. Koskey has now transitioned to the field of governance having completed his Certified Secretart (K) qualifications and now awaiting admision to the ICS (K).

Other than the role played at the Association, Mr. Koskey is currently the Trust Secretary and CEO of Postal Corporatio of Kenya Staff Pension Scheme (DB) and Postal Corporation of Kenya Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme (DC) scheme and therefore brings a wealth of knowledge inmanagement of DB as well as DC Schemes.

Mr. Koskey occassionaly is invited by training institutions to present in Technology forums, particularly the emerging trends such as AI and block chain Technology and their application in the Pensions Industry.

Mr. Koskey holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management Option, a Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology, Certified Trustee, Strategic Leadership Development program from the Kenya School of Government among other certifications.
